Riverpoint Farms Sorting Facility Expansion

Expanding an existing onion sorting building by shoring and demolishing an existing per-engineering metal building end wall, providing new columns for support, and opening up two sides of an existing pole barn that adjoined the existing steel building, then closing up the open 40’ x 50’ corner with a new single slope fabricated steel building. This included all demolition, site preparation for the building, a new retaining wall for shoring, footings, a 6” slab and all steel, siding and insulation as needed for the metal building. Apollo also provided a new CMU fire wall as required by the building department, and all new lighting and circuitry for the owners new sorting equipment. All work was performed while the owner maintained full production.
