apollo federal services

Federal Services Designation

Apollo Federal Services is a minority owned business enterprise based on the Native American Heritage of the owner, Bruce Ratchford. While maintaining the motto of “Building People Who Build Great Things” and through varied successes, Apollo is now considered a large business. However, our Native American Indian Corporation Ownership status allows Federal Prime Contractors under FAR Clause 52.219.9 (d) § (i) to count subcontracts awarded to an ANC or Indian Tribe (Apollo) towards the subcontracting goals for small business and small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns, regardless of the size or Small Business Administration certification status of the ANC or Indian Tribe. The use of this federally authorized program allows Prime Contractors the use of well qualified contractors and enhances SB/SDB credit simultaneously.
