This $2.6 Million valued facility will be a multifunctional building owned and operated by the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla
Indian Reservation, located in Pendleton, Oregon.

Scope of work included: Construction of approximately 9,000 square feet of building space; offices, a holding cell for the police station, and a communications center with a maintenance shop adjacent to the building.

Included value engineering, preconstruction estimating, and constructability review. This is a significant project for the Tribe because it is the first of several buildings in the master plan for the site; and set the precedence for the quality of the entire site development. Apollo created a team atmosphere with those involved.
