The $2.4 million dollar Creekstone Development for Newland Communities was a Two-Phased Project.

Phase I Project Included:
· Installation of sanitary and sewer systems
· Storm water collection facilities
· Domestic water system
· Irrigation system
· Street lighting
· Asphalt paving
· Concrete curb
· Gutter
· Sidewalks

Work included installation of 2,000 linear feet of 30 inch ductile iron water transmission mainline for the City of Kennewick. The project was successfully completed on time and under budget.

Phase II Project Included:
· 2,500 linear feet of 8 inch sanitary sewer with manholes and services
· 2,000 linear feet of 24 inch storm drain with manholes and catch basins
· 4,000 linear feet of 8 inch water main with fire hydrants and services
· 12,000 linear feet of curb and gutter
· 1,700 square yard of concrete sidewalk
· 5,000 tons of roadway base course
· 171,225 square feet of asphalt paving
