From 2006—2007, Apollo Inc. completed the construction of SR-12, Attalia Vicinity Add-Lanes project for the Washington State Department of Transportation.

The work included:
· a 550 foot Pre-Stressed Concrete Girder Bridge
· 3.2 miles of four lane roadway with 300,000 cubic yards of excavation and embankment
· 90,000 tons of crushed rock
· 50,000 tons of asphalt
· a 66 inch steel high pressure irrigation line
· along with signing, illumination, guideposts, guardrail and pavement markings.
